• Eligibility: To book an appointment, you must be at least 18 years old.

• Booking Process: You can book an appointment through our website by selecting your desired service, date, and time, and providing the necessary information.

• Confirmation: Once you book an appointment, you will receive a confirmation email. This email serves as proof of your appointment.

• Changes & Cancellations: Please give at least 48 hours' notice to change or cancel your appointment. 

  • 24–48 hrs: deposit will be moved to your next session.

  • Less than 24 hrs: deposit will be forfeited.

  • Cancel via the website, or if under 48 hrs, email natalia@nataliatherapies.co.uk.

• Fees: The fees for our services are listed on our website and are subject to change. You will be charged the fee applicable at the time of booking.

• Payment Methods: We accept various payment methods, including credit/debit cards and online payment systems. Payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise specified.

• Refunds: Refunds are subject to our cancellation policy. If you cancel within the allowed timeframe, you may be eligible for a full or partial refund.
