Service Description

Sports massage is usually targeted to areas that are tight, sore, or overused (e.g., hamstrings, calves, back, shoulders). The therapist may not cover the whole body unless it’s requested and time allows.

Cancellation Policy

In the event that you need to cancel your appointment, I kindly request at least 48 hours' notice. If you cancel with less than 24 hours' notice, your deposit will be forfeited.
