Deep tissue massage targets the deeper layers of muscles and connective tissue using firm pressure and slow strokes. A 90-minute session allows the therapist to work thoroughly on problem areas while also addressing the rest of the body, giving muscles more time to release, improving circulation, and creating a deeper sense of overall relaxation. *If multiple areas of tension, chronic tightness, or muscular imbalances are identified during the treatment, a 90-minute session may not be sufficient to fully address every area of the body, and the therapist may need to prioritise the areas of greatest concern.
